  • 100 Meter Sprint

Then

  • 400 Meter Jog/Walk with 155# barbell – every 20 feet, do 5 back squats

Boxing

  • For 20 Rounds (1:00 on :15 rest)
  • JCJJC
  • R. Kick, L. Kick
  • Hooks
  • JC-HH-JCCJ-Elbow
  • Hook, Hook, Knee, Knee, UCX6
  • REPEAT
